Two inventories, one platform
Cars listed per day with seats and class — super luxury, luxury, SUV, sports, convertible — alongside yachts listed per hour with length in feet and guest capacity.
Case studies · Luxury rental
A Next.js booking platform renting supercars by the day and yachts by the hour, with per-listing galleries, zero-deposit filtering and a members' club.
The problem
Two rental businesses share one site: cars priced per day and yachts priced per hour with a guest capacity, each needing its own booking logic. In a Dubai market where the deposit is often the objection, the inventory also had to be filterable by what a customer actually cares about.
The work
Cars listed per day with seats and class — super luxury, luxury, SUV, sports, convertible — alongside yachts listed per hour with length in feet and guest capacity.
Every listing carries a full photo set, because at this price point the photography is the sales pitch.
A dedicated route for cars available with no deposit, turning the main objection into a browsing category.
A members' area for returning customers, separate from the public catalog.
Promotional deals surfaced on the homepage, and a Partner With Us route for owners putting vehicles onto the platform.
Server-rendered listings on Vercel so a catalog this image-heavy still loads fast on mobile.

Process
Per-day and per-hour booking logic defined before the UI.
Layouts built around large image sets rather than text.
Next.js on Vercel, with the image pipeline treated as a feature.
Full inventory loaded, filters live, partner route open.
Outcome
Cars go out by the day, yachts by the hour, and every competitor in Dubai asks for a deposit before you have seen the car. Putting both fleets on one site and letting people filter the deposit away changed who booked. We are past a thousand bookings a month on two hundred listings.
