Service 02

App development

From the first version that proves the idea to the release that survives an OS update. We build the app, the backend behind it, and the pipeline that gets it into the stores.

Sub-services

What's included.

Every line below is something we do in-house. Take the whole service or one piece of it.

iOS & Android

Native builds in Swift and Kotlin where the platform genuinely matters.

Cross-platform apps

One React Native codebase, both stores, shared logic and a shared release cycle.

MVP builds

The smallest app that answers your riskiest question, in weeks rather than quarters.

App backends & APIs

Sync, offline handling, real-time updates and push notifications.

Auth & payments

Sign-in, subscriptions, in-app purchase and wallet integrations.

Store submission

Listings, screenshots, review responses and staged rollouts.

Analytics & crash reporting

Know what users did and what broke before they email you about it.

Maintenance & OS updates

Keeping the app alive through every platform release and SDK deprecation.

Process

How we run it.

  1. 01

    Scope

We cut to the flows that matter and agree the release plan before any code.

  2. 02

    Shape

Clickable prototype on a device, not a desktop mockup of a phone.

  3. 03

    Build

Weekly TestFlight and internal-track builds you can install and use.

  4. 04

    Ship

Store submission, rollout, monitoring, and the first round of iteration.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Native or cross-platform?

Cross-platform for most products — it halves the cost and the release overhead. Native when you're leaning on hardware, background behavior or platform APIs that don't translate.

Do you handle the store accounts?

We can build and submit under your developer accounts, which is what we recommend — the listings and the app stay yours.

How long does review take?

Usually one to three days per submission. We plan launch dates with that built in, and handle rejections if they come.

Can you take over an existing app?

Yes, after a code review. We'll tell you honestly whether it's cheaper to continue or to rebuild.

Tell us the riskiest
thing about your idea.

Thirty minutes. We'll tell you what we'd build first, what we'd cut, and roughly what it costs. No deck.
